Welcome back to blogland! What a beautiful view of the sky and water. You must have had a wonderful time. Looking forward to hearing more about your adventure. :)
Diane and Beth, the waves lulled me to sleep each night and I woke to their sonnet each morning. The sound was much softer and more gentle than that of the Atlantic on the Maine Coast -- probably in part because that surrounding Crete is an inland sea so the tides are not as intense. This hotel was where I stayed during my second week; the first week was on the other side of Crete and further from the sea. I will share some writing soon! :-)
Thank you for stopping by. With open heart, I welcome your thoughts however you wish to share them, whether via personal email or as a comment here. ~ Bright Blessings ~
