the boys and their bones, sharing a blanket ... rare!
It is such a rarity for the boys to chew on their bones in close proximity that I had to snap a photo! And, for those of you who have asked (many thanks for your concern and good wishes!), Pooka is doing very well ... if someone didn't know of his condition, they would never guess by looking at him. :-)
Oh my gosh...that is just the most wonderful photo! Looking at it makes me smile from ear to ear. I think I've mentioned before that we used to have a corgi (the breeder rejected him for too-long legs!) Tom called him the Prince of Wales---and he was. Such a prince of a dog---we loved him so much and still miss him all these years later. I'm going to show Tom your picture when he gets home---I know he'll love it.
Thank you, Diane -- we're on borrowed time, but we're happy in each day. :-)
Beth, maybe you told me but I've forgotten! LOL Hope Tom enjoyed the photo; Corgis are delightful dogs, the Pems can be a bit curmudgeonly (?? LOL is that a new word?) and Pooka's nickname is Professor Grumblebutt (although, usually only around other dogs) but we adore him. :-)
Thank you for stopping by. With open heart, I welcome your thoughts however you wish to share them, whether via personal email or as a comment here. ~ Bright Blessings ~
So cute, they really enjoy those bones!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to hear Pooka's doing better. :)

Happy boys! A friend had a red corgi named Penny Lane; perfect name for her.
