Beth, it is a Bottlebrush tree that I have fallen head-over-heels in love with! Thank you for your kind wishes; we are settling in and I am starting to feel like this space is 'home', you know? I hope your Easter was filled with peace and joy.
This is a beautiful tree! I love that you say you have fallen head-over-heels in love with it. :) I've always thought myself "different" in that I can become quite attached to particular plants, shrubs, or trees in the neighborhood -- while others seem not even to take notice of them. There are specific ones though...I look forward to their seasonal changes with anticipation - whether the blooms or the brightly colored leaves. They feel like old friends.
I can so relate, Brenda. My DH laughs indulgently because I usually end up naming various plants and trees just as I do the animals who share their lives with us...all are so individual. :-)
Thank you for stopping by. With open heart, I welcome your thoughts however you wish to share them, whether via personal email or as a comment here. ~ Bright Blessings ~
Beautiful picture and perspective.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely! What is that, Darla?
ReplyDeleteHope all is going well with the relocation. Happy Easter to you!
Thank you, ladies.
